Onion Raita Recipe - Serves 4-6
 
Ingredients
1 cup (1/2 pint) plain yogurt
2 finely chopped medium sized onions
1 finely chopped green chilli
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro leaves
Method
Whisk yogurt until smooth
Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Serve chilled
